Title: FE as a new vendor

Hi, I just started a vendor account. I want to make buyers whit 0 transaction to FE.

Is it okay to do this ?

You read and agreed to the Seller Contract when signing up to become a vendor. The Seller Contract encompasses the Seller's Guide (the rules of which you must abide by), and it seems you have neglected to read through it. I would suggest doing so immediately before attempting to make any sales on Silk Road.
