How is it that vendor name green river has only been a vendor for 9 days but has feedback from over a month ago???
Also how can he 100% guarantee international delivery is his product not really banned and fits through a loop hole??

As for their guarantee, they quite possibly mean that they are so confident in their shipping methods that they offer a 100% refund if the order does not arrive.
