We may be dealing with yet another scammer, Emporium Express:

He popped up a little over a month ago and got a lot of 5/5's for "lotteries" feedback quickly. He has also been selling small samples of 25i for a lot of quick/fast 5/5's. He then added a lot of new higher priced listings such as coke, oxycodone, xanax, few others maybe that all required FE despite him only have been a seller for 20 days or so at that point (against SR rules). I don't order very often and don't spend a lot of time on the site or forums, so I just glanced at his 100+ 5/5 ratings and a couple pages of positive feedback before agreeing to FE on an order >$100. Let me stop you all here before just typing "OMG NEVER FE" -- I'm not making this thread seeking my money back, I'm simply making it to warn the community.
The product in question was advertised as "24 HOUR SHIP GUARANTEED", so after 5 or so business days I asked him could he check tracking if he had time. Several days go by and he keeps telling me he will be sure to find the time to find where he put my tracking # (?). After about 10 days and me asking over 5 times to track the package, he says he must not have written the tracking info down. After more questioning he offers to (re) ship a slightly smaller amount of product than I ordered, I welcomed it since I am convined I'm burned by now. That was about 5 days ago and all I've heard from him since is he will "work on getting my package together soon" but he has a family member that is sick.... ???
By the way, no one that ordered oxycodone or any other large items have gotten their orders or left any feedback on his profile - only lottery and 25i reviews. I urge everyone to be very careful with this vendor.
By the way, the lottery idea may be cool, but assuming the order numbers are a-z & 0-9 gives everyone who enters the lottery about a 1 in 1300 chance of winning....he's probably made thousands off that alone and even if someone wins, its likely it will never get shipped.
Anyone else with any input please comment, and of course if he was telling the truth and does come through (doubt it) I will update this thread.

Thanks for bringing that vendor to our attention. He has now been stripped of his vending privileges for violation of the rules.

@Darth as I mentioned this thread is less about ranting about my mistake/telling people to not FE and more about alerting the community and not letting him to continue doing this (on this account :/)
