This vendor is offering to loan people BTC's, but to get the loan you have to send not only him, but some other random person a picture of you, your first and last name, a passport photocopy, a driver's license?? wtf is wrong with this guy. So much for anonymity.

This has GOT to be LE in a thinly-veiled disguise. I swear, next week we'll be seeing a new vendor with a name like "NotTheDEA" cropping up, offering several high quality "marijuanas" to anyone who provides their name, address, photo ID, and a signed statement saying that they intend to buy drugs. SMH
