Short story : I ordered from MasterMind Designs for a coin with 2-3 day shipping, after almost 3 weeks of waiting it never showed up; put in a resolve ticket with a huge comment. The resolve ticket even went through saying resolve ticket submitted but now it's showing as finalized.
How can an order go from a resolve ticket being submitted to coming out as finalized?
I find it weird that it could go through as finalized if I hit resolve and it even said that the ticket went through as "submitted". I don't want to sound like I'm repeating myself, but the $811 worth of BTC I spent just on the 1893-S coin alone that never came in, I want to know what's going on.
How can it say finalized if I never even touched it? I've also noticed MasterMinds feedback has been going up and up lately from 84% now at 100%. It seems as if his negative feedback has vanished.
Full story : Order a couple of coins from MasterMind Designs about a month ago. Both coins came in the mail one not being PCGS graded, which everyone wants, and one being graded. The non-graded coin never sold because no one wanted it and the graded coin sold, but then the buyer came back around a week later threatening me with the FBI if I didn't pay him back in full ($5,000) which I kind of had too..I bought the 1889-CC and 1893-S coin at the same time costing $1,300 in total as I had good experience with the previous coins. The 1889-CC was the coin that I almost went to jail for and the 1893-S is the coin that never showed up. I waited the 20 some odd days, or whatever it is, to resolve as it never showed up in the 2 to 3 days as it should with no communication from MasterMind. I hit resolve, type a huge back story of everything that happened, and it went through as "resolve ticket submitted". Now I go back a day later and it shows up as "finalized". I sent a message to the admins and they said the samething; "a resolution ticket was never sent".
I'd like to know what's going on...so if you guys can maybe look into it for me that'd be great. I'd like an administrator to get my BTCs back.
What can I possibly do now? I put in a resolve ticket now it's saying finalized....I really need my money back as I never even received my order and the others almost got me jail time. .

You failed to mention here that you finalized the order, then attempted to 'undo' it by stopping the page from loading and licked resolve AFTER clicking the 'finalize' button. Once an order has been finalized there is nothing we can do, and we cannot offer support for finalized orders.
