Title: Getting my Bond - GGatz
Post by: Gatz on July 14, 2013, 12:58 am
Hey,

It's GGatz here. I am a currency exchanger and I've recently hit 38 Transactions. I've processed $10,000+ in moneypaks etc and paid out bitcoins in return. Am I eligible to receive my bond? When I try to apply it says I need to have done $1,500 in transactions... if you check my transaction history on my account you'll see I've moved much more than that.

Thank You!

Check the vendor guide. You need to have been a vendor for a certain amount of time, successfully completed a certain number of transaction, and moved a certain amount of coin. If you're certain you've fulfilled the reqs then just click on request bond button and SR will do the rest, AB.

To be eligible for a refund, you must have completed at least 30 transactions totaling $1,500 or more and have been a vendor for at least 6 weeks.

Have you been a vendor for at least 6 weeks?  If so, you'll need to visit this link on the main site:

Ok, I've been a member for 2 months... and have done all that's requested. However the system is automated and when I click the button it tells me I must have completed $1,500 in transactions. I've moved 10x that though my eccurency exchange. However, listing are listed @ 0 BTC since I sell bitcoins. Bitcoins are transferred from my account wallet to theirs but the system isn't acknowledging that. That's why I've created this thread.

Okay, I understand the problem.  In this case then, you'll need to send a message to Vendor Support to explain the situation and ask for your vendor bond refund.
