Title: Passphrase Reset

How long does CS usually take for a passphrase reset? I keep on checking every 10 minutes vor an answer. I think the account might have been phished :(

When did you first contact Support?  Sometimes there's a delay when there are a lot of support tickets open.

Turnaround is pretty fast these days, you should be waiting no longer than a few hours to get a response from SR support.

It has now been 23 hours, still no reply. Should I write again? I would really hate to lose my coins.

I was not aware there was a current delay on tickets, they must be particularly busy atm. Under normal circumstances I would say sending in another ticket will not get your original one answered any quicker but maybe just to be on the safe side yes submit another just to be sure.
