SO.
Placed a cashout order with USDexchange more than 4 days ago, vendor has fallen off the face of the earth.
It's bad enough that I have to take the hit on the cancellation fee, but it has been >96 hours, but why can't I cancel the order from my orders page?
Help, please.

Unfortunately he did infact jump ship.
Consider yourselves all fortunate, I lost 4k to him. Im very much 'in the hole' now and all of the work I've put the last few weeks has been completely for nothing.
I was going to pay my late mortgage note with that money and now im facing possible forclosure unless I can turn things around faster than expected.
Really sucks that people prey and scam others to make a living.
