Title: I got Scammed by 4 heroin I have questions?

Since there are many post related to 4 heroin scamming buyers, I FE, is there ANY chance that Ill get a partial/full refund?

Unfortunately, once the order is finalized the payment is released to the vendor and is no longer in escrow. As escrow is the system which enables SR staff to aid in dispute resolution it will not be possible to assist you with getting a refund, full or partial I'm afraid.
