I FE for this guy, and he had decent stats/ratings. I havent heard from him after ordered. Im updating his feedback page everyday until I hear back from him, or something. How do we report and block people like this, who ruin SR for all of us who do things right? Whats the point in getting stats/ratings if we can just get fake accounts to better the stats?? This needs resolved. 4 heroin....if your reading this FUCK YOU. I make more $$$ in a month then you see in a lifetime, all you done was pissed a rich person off.

That vendor has been banned so it has in a way been resolved even if that doesn't help you recover the loss from being scammed.
Regarding your question re how to report people like this there are a number of options, hitting 'report vendor' is one, submitting a customer support ticket alerting the admins is another and posting here on the forums is a third. Personally I would recommend doing all 3 when you observe shady behavior and/or suspect a scam and any vendors names getting a few mentions here will result in my passing them name up for an audit.
