have read it now tell me how that helps just say .
stats? or trouble  coz it says nothing in the  Frequently Asked Questions

Forum moderators do not have access to the administrative sections of the site so they can not help you in the Customer Support section here. It has already been explained to you via SR Support that resolution decisions are final, and the administrator took their decision based on the evidence and statements provided and the relative reputations of the parties involved.

In relation to your current forum signature, joolz, what happened to your money is that you lost a resolution case. This result was arrived at presumably after the administrator looked into your history and found that and your reputation to be less satisfactory to a decision in your favour than the other party's history and reputation - that process is outlined in the Wiki that you have been linked to numerous times.
