As far as I know the maximum dose per unit in immediate release formulations is 30mg and 50mg pills only exist as sustained release pills. Care to show a reference indicating that your 50mg are really immediate release?

How exactly is morphine the strongest opiate on the market?  What about oxycodone, hydromorphone, oxymorphone and fentanyl? ;D
