Title: Vendor Bond
Post by: AdderallXR on June 23, 2013, 02:00 am
I am looking at becoming a vendor but I am worried about the bond.  If I put up the bond and find that people aren't interested in what I'm selling(Adderall) would I be able to receive my bond back if I agree to have my seller status removed or is the only way to get it back by selling $1500 on SR?

Sorry If this question has been asked before the search function isn't really that helpful.

Thanks for the help.

I suspect the only way to become eligible for a bond return would be to meet the terms and conditions as set out in the sellers guide, I will ask and admin though to double check.

To be eligible for a refund, you must have completed at least 30 transactions totaling $1,500 or more and have been a vendor for at least 6 weeks.

samesamebutdifferent is 100% correct; you have to make at least 30 transactions totaling $1,500 or more, and have been a vendor for at least 6 weeks before you can claim a refund.

The terms of the bond were clearly set out when you were upgrading your account, and you agreed to those terms when signifying your agreement with the Seller Contract by clicking 'I agree'; if you do not meet the terms of the bond, you cannot receive a bond refund.
