Title: Can't log in to SR vendor account

I keep getting login failed!

Anybody else have this problem?

It's odd, I could get in to another SR (non-vendor) account just moments ago.

How come?

I'm having the same issue except with a buyer account. Been about an hour and half now that I repeatedly get login failed. Probably due to maintenance. Hopefully it's worked out before too long. Best of luck, keep us updated and I'll do the same.

got back onto my account.
when i was copy / paste my passphrase, it sent me to failed login.

when i typed it in, logged in successfully.

Hey bud,

Make sure you are getting the capetcha right, they have been screwing up a little more than often lately. They typically should be displaying 5 letters and 3 numbers if it will end up loading correctly. Just have patience really, you probably remember your password just fine and there is instead just a small technical glitch. Best of luck!

They'll be making changes to vendor accounts to stop the spam/captcha problem.

I did manage to log in successfully after a while, but I never came back to this thread to say so until now.

for 2 days i couldn't login. i noticed other folks having issues as well. anyway, i left a post this morning and was trying to get back to add an edit, but now i can't find it - still i feel i should provide an update -
...cuz i'm successfully back on the road! oh happy day!
so here's what i did:  i double-checked & deleted whatever seemed like anomalous junk on my laptop, installed a fresh version of Tor, and did a re-start just to be sure. SR looks beautiful, all the links are working.
thanks to scout & libertas for the good info they've posted. my only other advice folks - make sure that little finger doesn't hit the caps lock key!
