Title: Loyalist Trying to Force Me to FE
Post by: sharonneedles on June 14, 2013, 06:52 pm
He's in the top 17% and I made an order with him last week. There is no mention of FE policy, otherwise I wouldn't have bought from him. First thing suspicious I noticed is that he marked package in transit on Monday and then yesterday he tells me that he shipped the product and that he requires FE. I told him I only FE upon arrival of the package. Today he demanded that I FE and that it is totally "unacceptable".

I have reason to believe that he hasn't even shipped the package. I will release his name and go kicking and screaming if the package doesn't arrive.

I believe this is unacceptable of a vendor. If he has an FE policy fine, but don't not mention it and then demand it.

Wow.

An oz of weed internationally. I think maybe the vendor might have such a shitty success rate with his stealth that he wants to trick me into FE. I've reported him and I will reveal his identity if he so much as replies to me again.

Oh he replied with a message in CAPS AND TOLD ME NEVER TO ORDER FROM HIM AGAIN!1111111

It's Loyalist, he is trying to scam me. He is a UK vendor and it's his Jamaican product.

Whether or not he actually sent it is aside the point. He wants me to FE and I won't. So I will never order from Loyalist again, fuck Loyalist.

Wow, great customer service ehh?
yeah i actually remember having a look at his page a while back, didn't look very convincing to say the least. however i have seen a lot of worse vendor pages out there.
did you ever ask him why he was asking you to FE?
if you go to the honest cannabis vendors page here    http://dkn255hz262ypmii.onion/index.php?topic=10062.0       they tell you to boycott any vendor who requires FE.
if it's not clear before you order it, they should never ask, Shouting at the buyer afterwards is just plain wrong.

i looked at one of his cocaine listings and look at these feedback's.
FE as requested. Have used before. Good vendor so will update with report on new product on arrival.    1 day
5 of 5    FE as requested, will update later!

apparently people have FE'd as requested, it looks as if he requests it often...Not sure if that's a pointer that he normally does it, orthat he's turning rouge.

I have looked into this and the vendor in question does indeed have a FE policy, which he is entitled to have as he meets the requirements for it.

Quote
BUYING REQUIREMENTS
-------------------------------------

EVERYBODY UNDER 10 TRANSCACTION MUST FE.

FE FOR HIGH VALUE ORDERS

It is clear that the vendor considers this (and perhaps anything over $100) to be a high value order. Of course we advise against FE, but you agree to the terms set out on a vendor's profile when you place an order with them.

Please see the following section of the SR Wiki on what to do if you do not receive your item within 10 days of it being marked 'in transit':

Thanks for the post Libertas, I appreciate your input. I do spot this now. In fairness though I would not acount a $143 order large. I think it would have been fair for the vendor to tell me this before he shipped it at least and clearly state this on his page. "FE for large orders" for me could mean 100g and above (indeed I have seen some vendors require FE for half kilos and this is reasonable for me, but 28g really?).

Either way I hope to receive the package now. Still, fuck Loyalist for requiring to FE over a measly $143 (considered large)
