Title: How to obtain bitcoins with a prepaid card?

So I have been lurking for a while and want to get some products after moving to a new city and not having any connections. However, I am confused on how to actually get bitcoins on my account. I've read not to trust third party and I've also read not to trust bitcoin sellers on the silk road. Can anyone shed some light? I'll most likely be using a prepaid card as those are less risky than my actual bank account.

Just do cash deposit via moneygram at walmart through bitinstant.com

If they accept deposits from un-verified people after Monday.

I've never had a problem. Bitinstant doesn't even require a verification and has always been as anonymous as I make it.
