Is this possible? I read a mod post that said it isn't possible a while back, but a thread I was responding to just disappeared. verdict?

It is possible, but we do not delete threads as a matter of policy. The thread you were responding to was most likely moved to a different forum as it was in the wrong place.

Then it's possible - if the thread had no replies yet - that they deleted it themselves. Can you PM me the member's username and let me know what the thread was about so I can look into this?
