Title: [VENDOR] I can't upload a picture

So i'm trying to add a new listing, and I can't upload any pictures to it.  I keep getting this error:



Sorry, an error was encountered.

We could not process your request. (ext)

Hi Litescape,

A number of vendors have stated that they are able to upload pictures by reducing the file size. You can find two examples of this in these posts:
