hi,
i have 7 transactions in the resolution center at the moment,i have been trying to get a time extension on them but every time i submit a resolution it takes me back to homepage and no resolution is submitted.
i really do not want to ruin my stats or lose vendors trust over something i have no control of.
i have written to the vendors prior to going into resolution center to advise them of my actions and if they would prefer i did things another way.From the vendors which i have recived reply they are all satisfied with my offerred resolution,however a few have not yet read the messages and most likely are not aware of my offers.
Could somebody tell me if this is only happenning to me or is it all over SR in general.
Please help as i really do not want vendors i have worked so hard on to get them to sell to me to think i am a scammer .

This error has been passed up to the administrators and is being worked on. Can you let us know if you are still experiencing it?
