Title: [SOLVED] I can't cancel and order has been processing for days

How come I can't cancel my order while it has been in the processing status for 4 days and no reply from the vendor?

It gives me the option but when I click the word cancel or hover over it nothing happens

The option to cancel becomes available 96 hours after the order was placed if the vendor has not yet marked it 'in transit', and the problem here is that it has not been 96 hours. Check again in a few hours and it should have changed.
