After I finalized an order today, I submitted my rating and feedback. The browser hung for a while and I was prompted to log in to SR again. After authenticating, I received the following message:
"Sorry, an error was encountered.
We could not find the page you were looking for."
I do not see my feedback or rating for this transaction in my feedback history, although the transaction does show as finalized. Is there some way for me to provide feedback for this transaction?

Go to your account and click on "View Feedback" in the Account links panel on the right.

When I navigate to my 'account' and 'view feedback', I do not see this particular transaction, although the feedback I provided for all other transactions is visible with an 'edit' link. My guess is that the timeout I encountered prevented the system from creating a feedback record for this particular transaction. I cannot find a way to add this feedback now.
Again, if I look at my account history, the transaction is there and shows as finalized.

Hmm, that is a strange one. Have you tried logging out and back in?

I tried logging out and logging back in. I also tried it from another machine. It's not there. Seems like a bug. I was hoping there was some way to initiate the feedback process again.

As forum moderators we don't have access to the administrative sections of the main site so the only thing I can advise in this situation is to send a message to SR Support detailing what has happened and ask them to shed some light on it for you.
You can get in touch with them by clicking the 'support' link the bottom right of any page on the main site.
Sorry I can't be of more help in this instance.

I think I figured it out. Although my order count showed as '0'. Clicking on the 'order' link again yielded the feedback form for my last finalized order. This time I was able to submit my feedback and rating successfully.
