Hey SR team,
My order, which has still yet to arrive, and it auto-finalized due to my error in calculation the UTC time. I don't like to be on SR for any length of time that I don't need to be, being that it's bogged down with traffic a lot.
I thought logging on Wednesday night and extending the time would work, but I miscalculated when it was to auto-finalize by a couple hours, and immediately contacted SR support. They haven't gotten back to me yet. I also contacted SuperTrips directly about the situation but he hasn't gotten back to me about the next step yet either.
Help pretty please?

Sorry, but I think they only reverse auto-finalization for extraordinary circumstances, and I don't think this falls under that category ...

So basically I should really hope it comes one day soon, but if it doesn't...Might SR still be able to work out a solution between SuperTrips and I?

Once an order has been finalised it is out of the hands of Silk Road, and we do not offer support for it. As this order auto-finalised there is unfortunately nothing that can be done in this instance.
