Hi everybody glad to make your acquaintance :D
I'm Charlie Sheen and I'm here to provide some of the best quality fishscale cocaine and afghan #4 the road has seen to date.
I ship from within the USA from various states throughout my vending and will be shipping worldwide straight out of the gate, though listings will be limited until everything gets off the ground smoothly.
As far as packaging is concerned, you will have no concerns. I will provide a basic double vacuum-sealed stealth level for free domestically or internationally if you desire, with the option of upgrading to MBB packaging for an additional $5 (roughly).
So down to the good stuff - the SAMPLES. I have 5x pre-packed quarter grams of each, I don't want any two products going to the same person as I'd rather spread it around a bit and get a bit more feedback (greedy I know). I'd prefer reliable forum members but if you think you're in a position to give a good review feel free to contact me and we can hopefully work something out. I can also provide MBB sealing on these samples for international customers but you will have to pay the excess. I'd like to try it and make a pretty good review. on SR i've ordered from smile awhile, supremesmoke, hatter and various others to see what exactly was the best on SR. I'm very interested in trying your product so I can compare it with the best stuff I've had. I will also leave a detailed review to the best of my ability.

I would love a sample of the H as I have tried a few different vendors(15BTC in orders in last 45 days) and am still looking for the best compromise between quality/quantity If all of the samples are spoken for, I would be happy to plce an order as soon as you are set up. i'm not sure if he has one yet.. iirc, he said that he didn't want to open up shop until he had everything ready to ship within 24 hours, which is understandable, and he seems very legit and nice, but maybe you should at least get it open even if just for the samples CS?? it couldn't hurt, and you could also get some good feedback on the main site.
i don't think he's trying to play any games, honestly i really don't, but it certainly does arouse a certain amount of suspicion when a vendor doesn't have a vendor page yet.. put 'er up, CS, and make it 100 percent legit! i know i'd certainly feel safer working through escrow, as many others would. :) what do you think mr sheen???

i just looked over some PMs i had with him again and he said that his IRL job is cutting into his SR time heavily right now, but that that should change soon and expects to have his page up within the next couple days. like i said, i really do think he's legit, and he will have it up as soon as he can.. give him some time, and samples have already been shipped so they should be landing sometime soon..

no one found this to be concerning? Someone sending out free samples when they have not had "time" to setup a vending account. its several hundred $ and 5minutes of time.

I agree it's suspicious. I was considering a transaction with him off the books, by sending half upfront and the other upon receipt. However, because his behavior is a little fishy(just slightly really, nothing concrete), I was waiting to hear from any of the people who were promised samples. It's concerning that there were delays in those samples as well and I wonder if there are others who were also considering offers outside of the vendor page system. If I don't see responses from those sample people today I will walk away.

of course :) be smart you guys, i'm glad wraithe chimed in, and woundedvet11, he told me he was out of the .250's but could hook me up with a sample bag for a very very cheap price so i chose to send him some coin cuz it was such an insignificant amount.. i'm not really worried at all. it should be here today or tomorrow, but if you look around you'll see that pretty much everyone has been been having some delays with USPS.
worst case scenario, i'm out the coins and a totally disposable drop.. not a big deal to me, but i understand that when your strapped for cash and/or limited in your number of drop spots, there's definitely a large enough risk factor here to put folk off. we'll see how it goes, i haven't been scammed yet and i've funneled quite a bit of cash into SR, so let's hope my intuition continues to serve me well.. (jinxed it)

yep, exactly as you described. i didn't realize it was against the rules, my bad, thanks for clarifying that wraithe.. as far as affording the vendor fee, he said he's been tied up with IRL work and been getting his BTC together. he said he'd have a page up in 24-48 hrs about 6 days ago.. so make of that what you will. i knew it was a gamble going in, but i didn't know it was against the rules!! :(
hopefully the samples show, charlie gets his account up and running, and this is all just due to confusion.. i think both scout and wraithe have made it VERY clear that what is happening right now is NOT okay though, so i certainly won't make that mistake again, and i hope other people won't as well. whether or not my and others samples come in, this is against the rules, and SR only has rules to protect its buyers and sellers..

I had no idea this guy was asking for coin with out a vendor account, let alone actually getting it. As scout and wraithe stated, this is strictly forbidden . Under no circumstances should you ever complete a transaction out of the SR market place.
When i corresponded with charlie sheen about this offer, it was stated to me that he is in the process of getting his account up and running and that if i wanted the sample sooner to just pgp him my addy and he would expedite it to me. I assumed that it was for the purpose of having an established interest for his product as soon as he opened up shop. Since he made no mention of a price of any sort i sent him an encrypted address, to a clean drop addy, that has little association with my self.
Now seeing whats happening here, if he does per say not become a vendor, i can only conclude that his rouse with me would have been to use my forum status. To have me possibly say publicly that i my self have a sample en route, enabling him to possibly ask other members to send him coin for these alleged samples? Im just a bit confused about what he could possibly be doing, if he in fact is not setting up a sellers account. Time will tell i suppose. If it comes it comes and he gets his review..if it doesnt no skin off my back.

Agreed... I played in a lotto that seemed fishy to me (all lottos do, to be honest), but I won, and the vender is one of the nicest I've dealt with on the Road.
It's just, you know, a relief to see how nice people can be in this "business". It's certainly not this way on the streets. Most of these venders are all about the customer.
