Title: Resolution is expiring in two days
Post by: sclerogal on May 28, 2013, 09:38 am
I have gone into resolution with a vendor, and I received a notification that resolution will expire in two days.  There has only been one communication between the vendor and I.  I have posted a lot to vendor, and received  only reply from him.  What will happen next?

Hi sclerogal,

You can read more about the ordering process here:

And the resolution process here:

How are resolutions decided

If you cannot agree on a resolution, a Silk Road admin with review your case and choose a fair resolution. The reviewer carefully weighs the evidence and statements provided and the relative reputations of the parties involved. If one party does not propose any resolution by the due date, the most recent resolution provided by the present party will always be chosen. In this case, any refund granted will not be counted for buyer refund statistics.

Please keep all communication inside the resolution center - do not communicate directly with the vendor about it - and ensure you propose a resolution before the two days remaining is up. If you're requesting a refund and you can't come to an agreement with the vendor by the due date then the administrator will make a decision on what will happen, taking a number of factors into consideration before doing so. Administrator decisions are final.
