Title: How to resolve

I bought lsd from import connections and the next day I got a message asking for me to fe. I told him I wouldn't and the following day I got another message saying the order was sent to the wrong address. It's only been 2 days since ordering. How can I resolve this quickly, since it won't let me click resolve yet, and make sure i get a full refund.

Hi Ogdanks,

You will be able to put the order into resolution 10 days from the time you placed it. Please let the administrator know what has happened in the space provided when you do this.
