How do you know if a vendor has read your mail?

Hi Mantzoukas,

If you go to your sent messages folder on the main site you will be able to see if a vendor has read your mail. However, if they have opened their messages using the 'bulk reply' feature then they may have read your message but you won't know until they mark it as read or else reply to it.

Thanks Libertas.

I don't see anything in the sent section to suggest the mail has been read or not.

Maybe my glaucoma is getting worse. :)

Sorry that's my fault, I should have clarified that messages that are unread appear in bold typeface, whereas messages that have been read appear in normal typeface.
