Title: Help... order still processing after 5 days....Help

Hello at all,

I have make an order by a vendor, the order was from 17.05 and its still proccessing.
So i have canceld the order know.

But why the vendor did not confirm??
I have contact offer PM with him and he has said to me when i order till wednesday everything is fine.
So i have order again the theim item by this vendor, i hope he confirm because its stuff for my birthday.

How long does it normale take time to confirmed from a vendor??

Hi Kingdingeling,

Vendors have 4 days to process an order from the time you place it. As you have found out, if they do not mark it 'in transit' by the end of day 4 then you can cancel the order.

Nobody but the vendor knows why they didn't accept the order, but hopefully you'll get your order sent out this time.

How much it takes to confirm varies between vendors, but the average is usually in the 48 hours.

I don't know why your vendor didn't confirm the order in 5 days, maybe s/he had some problem somewhere.

The only advice I can give you is that if s/he asks you to FE this time for whatever excuse the vendor can come up with, to don't do it (this is a rule you should always take in mind, never FE - finalize early - if you can avoid it). Better be safe than sorry.

I have canceled the order and make a new one by the same vendor. Its a very very famous vendor on the road.
Last week we are writing PM and he said when i ordering till wednesday (today) then where all fine and it comes till my birthday at the 24 may. I dont know why he did not confirmed my order...
I have make the order at 17 may....now canceled and have make a new one by him

Its so bad when the stuff dont arrive to my birthday ;(

If he didn't give me a good reason for jerking me around, I'd use someone else.  There's plenty to choose from.
