So, I bought a vendor acct about a week ago and a couple days after that I received an email from member: Rosetta claiming to be from the SR customer support, and letting me know that they are offering 0.1 shares to SR Investors for 4 BTC, and that the return rate on that would be approx $250/mo. They left a BTC address to send the currency to and said this would go on for a limited time only. Just wondering, out there, since I am new, is this a scam, or is this real?? Does this Rosetta member really work for the SR?? Did anyone else receive this message?

i have read posts from moderators saying SR will never send you messages like this
also never give your passphrase or pin
that one really sounds too good to be true. 4btc is what like 500 dollars and then you get a return of 250/month lol sign me up for that.
i wouldnt respond to any messages ever. if you have a question i would ask it here like you did
watch out cause those cunts can get pretty sneaky

^ This. Silk Road will NEVER send you messages like that, and just while I'm here, Silk Road will never ask you for your PIN at login nor at any time other than when you're placing an order from your Cart page.
