Title: Seller canceled order. When do I get my btc back

I placed an order with a seller on the 19th. He sent a message the next day stating he had gotten robbed and is sorry but has to cancel the order. OK no problem go ahead. So when do I get my refund? The order still says processing and has not been canceled. Does it take a certain amount of time to do so or is he just dragging his feet. I did not FE so money is in escrow so not worried about it but do I need to do anything or just wait on him?

SR will fix this for you when the time comes that SR resolution comes and you tell them what you tell us here.

Good luck! Probably you will get a 100% or otherwise 50% refund...

Hi changemonger,

A vendor has 4 days to process your order; the option to cancel will become a clickable link when that 4 day (96 hour) period is up if they have not marked it 'in transit' by that time, and you will receive your Bitcoin back immediately. Please be aware that if the order was hedged you will receive back the USD amount (in Bitcoin) that the item cost, minus the ~4% hedging fee that is charged on all hedged transactions.
