How long does this usually take?

I second this question I started transferring from my blockchain wallet about 20 minutes ago. When will it be verfied? I'm mad excited for this.

via bit-instant to SR wallet, twice, mine's taken around 60-90mins from cash in at money lender place.

Apparently it's ~6 confirmations. Mine just showed up (and was promptly spent :D )

the first time is pretty hectic.....wondering if you did everything right, refreshing the SR page a million times......but it'll come.....i had a long shower, helped with the nerves

Why isn't my deposit showing up in my account?
It can take up to 6 hours for a deposit to be confirmed on the blockchain, processed, and credited to your Silk Road account. If your deposit still hasn't shown up, first check that it is showing up on the blockchain by searching for your deposit address on a site like blockchain.info. If your transfer doesn't appear here, then it was never sent and you need to find out why from the person or organization who initiated the transfer. If the transfer does appear, then there could be a problem on our end and you should contact us.

mine have all been right around 1 hour. Usually shortly after the BTC transfer is confirmed.

After the 7th confirmation it usually shows up.. you can check the transaction id at blockchain.info to see how many confirmations the tx has.

If everything is working smoothly and there are no delays at the time, it will usually take 1-2 hours. It can take up to 24 if there are problems, but in that case, you'd just need to send a message over on SR to SR Support and they will look into it for you.
