Title: unable to login as if som1 changed my infio
Post by: kevincobermark on May 20, 2013, 11:28 am
i entered my info as it is but it wont let me log in

does providing my bitcoin address from SR to Mt. Gox cause any issues? i sent it to them in a support email because it took almost 48 hours rof the coins to show, but when it finally did and i placed same orders...a couples days pass, and now i can no longer log in to my SR account.

Is there anything i can do about this? how can i make sure my account isnt compromised? is there a moderator i can share more detailed info?

best

Is this problem repeating itself over and over again?

Have you tried quitting TOR then restarting?

Have you tried to hit the New Ident button on TOR?

Were you at one point to SR login (or a lookalike SR login page and were asked for your PIN?
(If so, then my friend, I hope your account is account is looked at immediately because its highly likely you have been phished.

Good luck!

Do you get the full, 8?, character captcha below your username/password or do you get only 3 characters?

If you get only 3 characters keep refreshing until you see the full 8-9 character captcha and you should be able to login.
