I got liston banned for threatening me with LE and breaking several other rules.
They didn't take my word for it, SR Admins read our emails then banned him.
Now he has created an identical account named listonishere .
He admitted it was him in an email to me today when he replied after I asked him for my product.
Why is this allowed?

depending on the severity of the scam, banned vendors are usually allowed to start over with a new vendor account as long as they don't scam with it too.

I doubt there allowed to start over by admin.
More likly the scammer will just open a new vending account and continue on.

I thought the same thing, but apparently if you pay them, they let you come back no matter what. I was the victim of a vendor who kept addresses and threatened me because I never received an order. He told me that he was going to have schedule 1 drugs sent to me and inform multiple LE agencies, giving them my addy and the tracking info. With the help of Libertas and Scout, got his ass banned. A couple of days later he was back with the same name, but added "is here" with the same profile, same email address, same product line up. I think Libertas was as shocked as me as he told me that he would be gone unless he opened a new account and could hide the fact that it was him. We were wrong. He came back in a few days and flaunted the fact that he was back and was the same person...he's still dancing!
Anyway, he is a danger to anyone who does business with him. He is not domestic, he get your info and either sends from his country or sends your info to someone in the US, so he clearly doesn't print the addys and burn them, he sends them around. All it takes is he or one of his associates to get popped and you got a problem, reasonable cause after they contact your local DA and the police get someone at the PO to watch your mail, get a warrant, then you are cooked.
Crazy coincidence. I always ordered from him and he, or his associates, would mark the item in transit then mail it a week to 10 days later with the worst stealth I have personally seen. After he was banned I got a Customs Love Letter in about two weeks to the day that he was banned and it was in customs TWO days after he was banned. Crazy coincidence huh?
I don't blame anyone in particular as far as admins, but you would think that they would ban him again since he was banned to the worst offense, threatening other with LE, then coming back and flaunting the fact that he could afford to just buy another account. I wish the mods here were in charge of that and he would have to be buying another bond and actually have to take the time and effort to hide his narcing ass identity.
