Hi. I transferred some BTC from SR to a blockchain.info wallet but shut the system down before I recorded the information (mnemonic and everything else).
If I provide time and amount details is there anyone with SR support who can give me the wallet address that the transfer was sent to so that I may contact blockchain.info and recover the funds? It's about $500 so it's nothing to sneeze at... Please let me know how I can go about doing this. Thanks!

Nope. Blockchain.info does not even have your keys, they need your login info to decrypt it.

OK Let me clarify for a moment. I have the password and but I do not have the identifier. Apologies, I should have been more clear.

I just want SR to give me the wallet ID it went to so I can get the wallet ID from blockchain.info

anyone help?
-
Really? No one can help? This is a substantial amount of bc to lose.

Contact support on the silkroad. I assume you didn't backup your wallet?

Nope I had just transferred and the system shutdown before I got a chance. How do I contact SR support?

Hi yakuza,
You can contact SR Support by clicking the 'support' link in the bottom right hand corner of any page on the main site, though I'm not 100% sure if they'll be able to help you in this instance:
