Looks like he's scammed a good few thousand pounds worth of customers and disappeared - I doubt he'll return.

Why the fuck are people FE'ing on big orders? - it's beyond me.

Look at his latest feedback - even a few pages back he was at it, yet people still FE'd.

SERIOUSLY GUYS WAKE THE FUCK UP AND NEVER FE

But to the OP - it sounds like you haven't finalised so atleast you'll get your coin back, and it shouldn't be too long if SR have revoked his vendor rights. You should get your coins back pretty soon - but yeah just be patient mate.

Hi tuppenceone2012,

Please see the SR Wiki entry here:

Simply click on the 'resolution' link when it becomes available. Any refunds issued when a vendor has been suspended will not count toward your refund stats.

"... in reality it wasnt in transit it was processing still the vendor marked it as in transit" - so you're saying that it was, indeed, marked as being 'in transit', yes? ???

And seriously, you think Silk Road should "help [you] out here"?! Silk Road is already protecting you by providing a trustworthy, reliable escrow service! There is nothing more that can be done apart from the process outlined in my previous post. Your case is no different than anybody else's - you will not get special treatment simply because you feel a bit put out that you have to wait a few days to receive your refund. The process that is in place is there for a reason; it protects both buyers and sellers in the event that something goes wrong. If a vendor is suspended pending investigation and Silk Road cancels all their orders and returns the BTC to customers, but the investigation proves that the vendor did nothing wrong, then the vendor will be out of pocket.

As it stands, you will NOT be out of pocket. The system is doing what it needs to do to keep all parties covered.

im not demanding special service at all lol all im merely saying is i dont understand how they cant look at the PM between me and the seller and see that it shouldnt have been marked as in transit as it was after all still processing, and im asking why they cant refund the coins after doing so? im not saying i should be treated any differently either, this is a forum right? for asking for advice? just curious after being shot down right there.

Apologies for the previous posts, tuppenceone2012, I was just getting tired of answering the same question in a number of different threads about why people couldn't get refunded sooner; I shouldn't have gotten so worked up about it - sorry!

I know it might seem as though it would be a simple process to match up messages and read the conversations between buyers and vendors etc. but given how slow things are through Tor, the relatively small Support team, and the huge volume of messages that an administrator would have to go through for each person in the same situation (along with checking the order that the message relates to in order to see the circumstances surrounding the issue) it is simply not possible to do that.
