Title: Lost PW - I'm an idiot

damn maybe im burnt out or just fuckin plain dumb. i changed my pw, then changed my pin this morning in anticipation of putting a large sum of coins in my wallet. stupid me didnt write any of the details down just figured I could remember them with no issue. I was wrong.. now im locked out of my account after sending 200$ worth of coin to it.  is there any solution to this? i feel like i have no chance at gettin it back so im just wasting my time trying all the different combos i think i chose as the new password.

Don't worry about it, it happens!! Kudos for taking your security seriously though! :)

To reset your passphrase you must create a new account and message support with the last address you deposited bitcoins to, along with any other information that can help us connect you to the account.

To reset your PIN once you regain access to the account, please see the following entry on the SR Wiki:

Thanks for the quick response. I sent a message to SR Support (thats the right person i hope) with the last BTC address i used to receive coin on my locked account and the amount of coin xferred. I can provide anything else you guys need to get it unlocked. About how long is the resolution time for this?

Details of any recent purchases etc. that will also help, but the administrator dealing with it will ask you for any further details if required.

You will usually receive a response within 48 hours but there are currently Support delays due to the recent DoS attack - you can read more in DPR's statement on the matter here:
