Title: has anyone else had problems with bitinstant the last dew days

i madea deposit via bitinsyant .money fram to sr address and bit instamst seen the transaction but when ttheu tried to push it through it said invalid coin address. this hasgone on Nearly 48 hrs andd still nothing form sr support. how hard is it to reset my dwpoait address?  also is bitcoin address case sensitive? like id a leter is suppose to be hogher case ut iaccidenrly typed it  lower case would that lrevent it from going thrpugj?

And yes, Bitcoin addresses ARE case-sensitive. If you type the wrong address, your funds will be sent elsewhere. Please copy and paste Bitcoin addresses to ensure that it is always correct.
