Title: Account disabled..?!

I'm hoping someone can help - i create an account...  then the next time i use it - i get the below message.  SO i just ordered some goodies - and now i can't log back under that user name..?!

what is this computer Illiterate girl doing wrong..?

You need to login and change your password and PIN immediately.

Just want to add that you should read every page on the Wiki that scout provided you a link to; click on the SR green camel logo in the top left corner of that page and read all the entries!
