Title: Support Admin page not loading for me

I need to get in contact with admins. everytime I click on the support page it won't load for it. Then when I reload it, it instantly doesn't load. Doesnt even try to refresh.. Is it taken down??  Other ways to get in contact with them about an order?

SR Support ... you should be able to search for that user on SR and a link will come up to message them.

ik this prolly a dumb question but last time that account has logged on was a month ago.. does that matter for them?

I would have posted a direct link for you, but I'm currently having issues getting SR to load.

I'm guessing it's right bc it was a vendor account? I just c/p what you wrote.

No, the login date does not matter. The Support staff will still see your messages.
