I've been a silk roader for over a year. I just had my very first package no show. SR admin gave me full refund of around $40. I previously had 0% refund rate 0% auto finalize. This changed my current stats to:
Total transactions: 77
Total spent: $6342.3
Refund rate: 6.33%
Auto-finalize rate: 0%
Member for: 1 year
How the heck is $40 = %6.33 of $6342.3 ????
This is not correct. This should be % 0.633........WTF ?

I'm afraid the system does not calculate it as simply as that; please see the SR Wiki here:

Simply explain to any vendors what has happened (most of them know how the refund rate works) but as long as your refund rate remains below 15%, you shouldn't have any issues at all. Your refund rate will also drop with future transactions.
