Title: Ozcoldhorse stole my money

Hello
 I order a product from ... Ozcoldhorse  .....on Sunday 12th May and paid for express post . On their page it states that they/he/her sends products on either Mon Or Thurs . I waited two days then I noticed they had cancelled it without notifying me . I wrote a message then but i didn't get a reply . I wrote again and still no reply or any refund of my money . I also notice they apparently have done this to a few customers .
I can't click onto resolution because it only says cancel and nothing happens .
I did however notice that this vendor says , if  a customer doesn't give him 5 out of 5 in the reviews he will not do business with them .
Because he cancelled on me without notice or refund , i can't warn others of his MO
Can you force them to refund my money please ?

I'm sorry, I don't quite understand - the above seems to be conflicting information. If a vendor cancels your order, you will receive the USD amount that you had in escrow back immediately upon them doing so. If the order is still on your order page and has "cancel" written beside it, though it is not yet clickable, then the order is still processing and has not been cancelled by the vendor.

A vendor has 4 days total from the time you order to process, pack and ship your order out; after that 4 day (96 hour) period is complete, and if the vendor has not yet marked the item 'in transit', then the option to cancel will become available.

If the order is put 'into transit' and doesn't arrive after 10 days, please put it into resolution and follow the information provided when you do.

Does that resolve the issue? I may be missing something as I'm a tad confused by the conflicting information in your post.
