I've had a screwy order since February 21. Finally, after numerous time extensions, it expired and SR Staff got back to us. Here's the message I received
"Dear livestr0ng and [edit],
I am sorry you could not come to a resolution so far. We have extended the time you have to resolve this matter by 19 days. I hope this is agreeable for you both.
What is going on here? Someone update the RC immediately.
If you have any questions or concerns, please post them in the resolution center.
Best regards,
Silk Road staff

What do they mean by update the RC immediately? How would I post questions or concerns in the resolution center?
Also, note that this vendor is having personal issues and appears to be having technical issues as well. He hasn't been seen in 9 days. Additionally, I just checked my messages with the vendor. We agreed to a reship after a little over a month from when I placed the order so I sent him my address again. He said that there was a problem processing my reship and asked for my address again. Then it looks like I never replied! I have no idea how that could have happened but that's what its showing me. I fear communication with this vendor is going to be useless at this point since he hasn't been seen in 9 days. How do I go forward?
Thanks for reading.

Hi livestr0ng,
I'm not entirely sure what might have happened in the Support message - it looks like misplaced typing on behalf of an admin though, so I'd probably just ignore that part.
Is the order still in resolution?

Yes, its still in resolution. I sent a message to the vendor just hoping for the best.

There's not much more you can do in this situation; please see the following articles in the SR Wiki:

Propose a resolution for 100% refund, and if there is no answer from the vendor by the new due date, the most recent resolution provided by the present party (you) will be provided. In this case, the refund won't count against your buyer stats. :)

If one party does not propose any resolution by the due date, the most recent resolution provided by the present party will always be chosen. In this case, any refund granted will not be counted for buyer refund statistics.
So that means if the vendor in question doesn't do anything by time the resolution is over, it won't show on my buyer stats as a refund?

As far as I am aware, and according to the SR Wiki, yes, that should be the case. Perhaps mention it in the resolution center to ensure the administrator does not forget!
