Title: What to do about my outstanding order with Liston.

As well all know the vendor Liston was banned for whatever reasons.  Well about 2 weeks before this fiasco I place an order from him and it goes of without a hitch.  He mailed it priority the very next day.  So a week later I of course make another purchase of the same item.  Ordered May 8th, marked shipped later on May 8th Priority Mail USA to USA and of course its not here today May 15th (should have taken 2 or 3 days, 5 at the most) and is obviously not going to considering show considering he has been banned.  What do I do?  Just wait till the resolve button is available and ask that I be refunded?  And is this gonna screw up my refund rate?  I've had like 40 transactions for 1000's of dollars and now this fuckwad turns scammer and its gonna fuck my perfect stats?  Agrrivating for sure but is it my only recourse at this point?

Yes, you'll need to wait for the resolution link to become available in 4 days, and then use it to request a 100% refund.

In cases when the vendor has been banned due to scamming, the refund should NOT affect your buyer stats.

Glad I could help - I actually verified that last line with DPR this past week, so that's how I knew.  :D
