Title: ozcoldhorse problems
Post by: Tropicbabez1 on May 16, 2013, 01:12 am
having trouble with 2nd ever order with this vendor. itll b the last time . i thought id b lucky again but have lost confidence in this vendor.

i thought that after 4 days from order , if they havent sent it out , i can cancel it right? but today the link hasnt popped up yet to press cancel.

they put item 'in transit' immediately on monday for exp. but obviously they havnt even sent it yet.

the fact it is 'in transit' now, does that mean i now have to wait up to 15 days before i can cancel/resolve  it?

or if i wait until midnight tonight, the option to cancel order should appear then?

thanx. iv read the sik wiki but couldnt clarify these points.

Hi Tropicbabez1,

The option to cancel an order becomes available 96 hours (4 days) after you have placed it - not on the fourth day, but when the fourth day expires.

Once a vendor has put an item 'in transit', it cannot be cancelled, and if there is an issue with the order after this time you should put it into resolution (which becomes available after day 10, if I recall correctly). Hitting 'resolve' automatically adds 5 days to the item's 'due date' to allow for shipping delays etc.

i just realised , this is the perfect answer to why OCH finalized my orders (only 2 total so far) within 45 minutes to an hour of ordering the product. its so you get locked in, and have to wait for them to get around to finally sending out the post, before you have the option to cancel. i gotta give em props for their business savvy LOL. thats how you hustle.

so annoying,  but in saying that its entirely my own fault for trusting. i only went back for a 2nd time to get more of his lovely meth.

oh well , friday/tmrw is the last day b4 it cancels, and i have a funny feeling itll show up. but then again, if i was selling good H and was on the NOD, i wouldnt be surprised if it doesnt arrive until next week. lol.

now thatll be a new world record on "the longest ever next day express post delivery time"

Perhaps that is what the vendor is doing, yes.
If the item does not arrive after 10 days, please follow the instructions provided in the Wiki link in my previous post. If you are having issues with the vendor or believe he may be sending regular post whilst charging for Express, please click the 'report this vendor' or 'report this item' links on the relevant pages.

Thread locked as resolved.
