Title: HELP Missing BTC 1 minute after transfer... no information

Please help! I just transferred btc and saw them in the account. The account shows them entering at 11:14 (7 btc) and at 11:15 they are removed from my account.  I see them being transfered off but there is no transaction info etc.  Nothing under notes, no address etc.. just shows under my transaction history of a witdraw! please help! my entire account is at 0!

Did you actually see the funds in your Silk Road account on the main site, yes?

yes, i was in my cart about to send money.  i went to refresh payments to include shipping fees and then it was all gone! i was like wtf... looked at transactions and bam. that weird transaction with 0 information.

Unfortunately this looks like your account has been compromised; what is the URL that you used for the login page of SR at your last login?

Please be sure to get in touch with SR Support just to be absolutely sure that this wasn't some kind of glitch they can fix for you.

You'll have to check it with SR Support first. Before that though, if you're still logged in to your account try changing your passphrase and PIN (and don't forget them if you're able to!).

Let me know here if you're able to change them or not.
