Maybe still a newb question but how does and when does the SR Vendor tag will for example under your name at the forums? Just asking so when good and ready want my page to look as presentable as it can be.
I feel like total newb for asking to be honest...

There is no SR Vendor tag on your account ...

The Vendor roundtable is a private message board on the Silk Road forum for vendors to discuss issues in private. To qualify for access to the board, you must meet the following requirements:
You must have received a bond refund.
Your forum username must be identical to your vendor username
You must keep a link to your vendor page in your forum signature
When you've met these criteria, message Vendor Support and they will give you access.

inigo is not dead. he did, however, change the instruction so that now you are to send your Vendor Roundtable request to Vendor Support on SR (rather than his account here on the forums):

my bad.. i thought he was talking about on silkroad itself. i didnt even know about getting it changed underneath my name here. looking into it now.
