Title: Resolution Center / SR Support Over 48 Hours!

Hi,

I have an order in the resolution center which is current 3 going on 4 days "Under Review" with no admin intervention! I have messaged SR Support also which is currently sitting on 4 days unread in my sentbox!? Vendor is currently banned for scamming.

I also have an order that has been under review for 7 days now. Apparently, vendor never sent orders and attempting to collect %50. After reading vendors current reviews. Looks like some buyers are settling for the %50. No admin intervention as of yet !

Hi folks,

There is currently a Support backlog. An administrator will review the issue when they get to your resolution in the queue.

If the vendor has been banned you will receive a full refund.
