Hello, is it possible to put feedback when order was finished by auto-finalize?

Hi MrGardener,

Do you mean leave feedback on a purchase you have made, or leave feedback on a buyer that let an order auto-finalise?

If you want to leave feedback for a purchase:
Accout -> view feedback -> edit

There is currently no way of leaving feedback for buyers, but an auto-finalisation will affect their pruchasing statistics and show up there when they try to purchase something from any vendor in future.

Also, just have to throw this out there: I sincerely hope you're using separate accounts for vending and purchasing.

@Darktime other vendors would have a way of knowing where you live, and they know you sell from that location or near it.

Sure, I have two accounts for buyer and for vendor ;-).

I am asking bcoz one order was finished by auto finalization and customer is complaining after long time and he want refund money.
I´d like to know, when I refund him only part of BTC and he will be disappointed can he give me bad rating?

The above is correct. It leaves vendors open to blackmail.

Excellent, glad to hear it!

Regarding your situation, I would advise not refunding money unless it is a request that has been asked in the resolution center. If you believe the buyer did indeed receive the product, and have proof of this, provide it to the administrator presiding over the resolution.

You can read more about how resolutions are decided here:

However, if it is simply a case of the buyer messaging you AFTER the resolution process has already taken place, I would strongly advise telling them that the issue has already been resolved in the resolution center.

If you get a reputation as being soft on people who are trying to scam you then you will become an easy target for others. I'm not saying that that's what is happening here, but it has to mentioned.

Buyers can edit their feedback at any time within a 3 month period from the date they finalised the order. After this, the ability to remove feedback is gone as the item is removed from their 'view feedback' list.

Regarding how a 1/5 may affect your feedback score, you can read it here:

Mr. Gardener

You're very welcome. No karma needed, but I appreciate the sentiment!
In any event you will receive the ability to award karma, both positive and negative, when you reach 100 posts. :)

It can seem that way! Spam posts are generally tolerated in the 'spam to 50' threads as long as the member does not spam in any threads where actual discussion is taking place. ;)
