Hello there, I'm known on SR as Heavenlyblack but someone has hacked onto my account and changed my password. If anyone can give me some advise i would greatly appreciate it. I've only been on this site for a little over a month and haven't had any sort of problem like this before. I'm freaking out because i had about 5 orders confirmed the other day and over $3500 that would be a huge lose to my business. This is the true HEAVENLYBLACK and don't want people to fall victim to this horrible scamer like I have, so please don't place an order with him until further noted by myself.
Let me know what you think i should do. I messaged SR staff about 4 times now and still no reply.

If you're using a strong password and never providing your PIN at login, it is highly, highly unlikely that your account was truly hacked. What is more likely is that you at some point entered your password and PIN into a phishing site.
You'll need to make a new account on SR and message Vendor Support from the new account.

You should post on the heroin thread in the rumor mill as people are talking about this.The price's of your BTH currently are so much better than everyone else i am afraid some new members may fall prey if you are indeed hacked.One user even said thy ordered and everything was ok but maybe he ment before you were hacked.
But ya being as you deal in H there i a large thread over there with a lot of new and old customers who would prolly like to hear it straight from you what is going on!Hope you get everything figured HB.
