I have often medis to flog. how can you be seller?

You can pay a $500 bond (which will eventually be refunded to you) to start a vendor account.

Hi freak,

Further to scout's post, you must pay a $500 bond which is refundable once the terms of that bond are met. This only needs to be paid once, it is not an annual fee.
