This was very strange. I finalized for an order yesterday and left a pretty detailed feedback for the transaction. I then went to check if the feedback showed up on the vendor's page (as I sometimes do) and it was not there. No biggie. I've seen this happen before and thought nothing of it really.
So, today I placed another order and after the order was sent to the vendor (different vendor) it usually takes you to your open orders page, right? Well it did, but it also prompted me at the top of the page to leave feedback for yesterday's order that I already finalized and left feedback for. I've never seen this before after 40+ transactions on the SR. Can anybody explain this? A bug maybe? Idk, but it was weird to say the least.

Was the item you were purchasing a stealth listing my any chance? Your experience sounds somewhat like a stealth listing posting, but not at the same time. ???
Silk Road doesn't prompt you to leave feedback - are you sure you were visiting the correct URL: silkroadvb5piz3r.onion? Also, is there any chance you were using Atlantis of BMR?! That might sound like a stupid question but it's happened before where people thought they had been using SR but were actually using BMR.
For now we'll treat it as an isolated incident. If we get more reports of it, we'll have it looked into.

I know. That's what threw me off so bad. I had never seen this before. I was definitely on the legit SR URL. I have it remembered by heart and everything was working swimmingly yesterday with the SR. Pages were loading fast and all that good jazz. I did open an Atlantis account just to check it out, but I haven't been back since then and I haven't been on BMR in ages either or even done business with either of them. I should've got a screenshot. Just wanted to throw that little experience out there in case it starts to happen again in the future and provide some documentation to help with a fix if need be.
EDIT: Forgot to answer your first question. No, both of these listings were not a stealth listing and both vendors were not in stealth mode either. It really isn't a big deal, but I left a pretty detailed review because I like to include as much information for other buyers as safely possible, while trying to keep it concise at the same time and then that detailed review just never showed and then the prompting to leave another feedback right after placing another order was just very strange. So, I just left a plain ole feedback after the prompt and that one showed up immediately. I guess I can still go back and edit it. Oh well!

Hmm, that is rather strange, though it doesn't seem to be anything to worry about - perhaps a minor bug, but if it happens again please start a new thread about it.
